Service Style
Our Pop Up catering unit brings the kitchen to your event, serving up fresh and high quality quesadillas on site. While we are flexible based on the event, here are the most common service styles.
Window Service
Your guests order from the window and get their food made to order.
We bring our Top 5 Dillas and your guests walk up to the pop-up tent and order their choice of dilla from the list below. We provide boats, napkins, plastic forks, and knives.

Your guests will have their choice of 2 side salsas.
We provide non-dairy and gluten free options for your guests as well.
Buffet Style
You choose 2 options for your guests to choose from, guests serve themselves.
BUFFET STYLE MENU
(This option is great if you have 100+ guests)
You choose any 2 quesadillas (build your own or top builds) and 6 salsas for your guests to choose from. We provide made to order non-dairy and gluten free options for your guests as well.
BUFFET SETUP INCLUDES
Quesadilla platters and salsas set up on one to two 6-foot tables for your guests to serve themselves. Our pop up tent will replenish the platters as needed. We provide boats, napkins, plastic forks, and knives.
